Menu Information

 

Menus for the Elementary, JH, and SH will be emailed to the parents/guardians of all students monthly. If you did not receive one or do not have an email, please call the Food Service Office at 814-695-7537 or the school office where your student attends, and we will be sure to get a menu to you.

Food Allergies

 

The cafeteria will provide a food substitution for students who have food allergies and/or food intolerance.  

  

To ensure the safety of your child with a special dietary need, please have a physician fill out and sign a food allergy or intolerance form.  The form is available at the school nurse's office or by calling the food service office at 814-695-7537.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
